There are occasional guest speakers to offer insight into popular parenting topics. Babies are always welcome, and groups are led to accommodate all parenting styles. Metta Therapy/Counseling with Jess Helle-Morrissey: Metta is a Pali word usually translated as “loving-kindness”. Jess believes that no matter what the therapeutic approach, the foundation of all good counseling is this empathy, this loving-kindness.

La Leche League: La Leche League Leaders are experienced mothers who have breastfed their own babies and who have been trained and accredited by La Leche League International to help mothers and mothers-to-be with all aspects of breastfeeding. They are available by phone and email whenever you have breastfeeding questions or concerns. Calling or emailing a Leader is FREE, as are our meetings.
